Epoxy Peach offers free standard shipping on in-stock items within the United States. If priority shipping is preferred, customer will need to pay the upcharge. Most custom orders will ship free as well and will be disclosed on your custom order invoice. At this time international shipping is not offered on my website, but may be possible via Etsy. Message me to determine possibility and cost. All orders are shipped to you from North Carolina USA.
Pickup option is now available. I am located in Kannapolis, North Carolina so please plan accordingly if you plan on choosing pickup. Make sure to leave your phone number so we can schedule an appropriate time that works for both of us. If I am unable to get ahold of you to schedule, and pickup does not occur within 7 business days, the item will either be shipped to your mailing address or cancelled, at the sole discretion of Epoxy Peach.
Please note, international orders may be subject to fees established by your country’s customs authorities which Epoxy Peach has no control over, and is not responsible for. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, (including VAT), which would be incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country from the United States. You will need to pay the fees in order to receive your item.
In the event you do not receive free shipping, you will be provided the fee for shipping based on the carrier’s estimate. If for any reason there are overages, you need to pay the difference before your item will ship. If for any reason the estimate is above the cost of shipping, you will not receive the difference back. Great care and a large amount of shipping materials go into ensuring your piece(s) arrive intact.
Most packages will be mailed out within 3 days from time of purchase & cleared payment, excluding weekends, holidays, and any announced away time (if applicable). If for any reason additional time is needed, you will be notified via email. For custom orders, please refer to the listing for an estimated time to be shipped.
We are not responsible for damage caused by shippers or customer. If your piece(s) arrive with any visible damage or with issues not shown in the photos, please be certain to take detailed photos of the packaging prior to opening, the inside packing materials, the condition of the piece, and be certain to keep the packaging. I insure my pieces through the carrier, but will need detailed information and photos from you within 7 days of receipt to open a claim. Without this, there’s nothing that can be done.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed for reasons out of our control. Once your product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your product. Epoxy Peach is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Please be sure that all name and address information provided is correct. Epoxy Peach is not responsible for shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information. If package is undeliverable to address provided, and gets returned to us, you will be responsible for shipping costs to mail it again as well as any costs that the carrier charges us to return it. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, customer will not receive a refund and must re-purchase item if they want it.
